2. Video Interview
Within a few hours of your application, you will receive an email inviting you to an automated video interview. We won't be present here, only our questions. 😄
3. Trial task (depending on position)
For certain creative positions, a professional task still awaits you after the video interview. Here we look at how you think, how you work, and how you approach real professional situations.
4. Personal meeting
If both the video interview and the test task have convinced us, then it's time to meet in person. This is the point where we can find out more not just about the profession, but also about each other.
5. Decision and offer
Once there is mutual sympathy and we feel that we are looking for each other, there is only one step left: making an offer.
